Yep, you can bake ‘em in the crock pot!

Just scrub potatoes & poke holes as usual, and put them in the crock pot with no water or anything else. (If you like them wrapped in foil, you can do that too.) Then cook on low all day or on high half the day. They taste exactly the same as potatoes baked in the oven! You don’t have to heat up the whole oven for a couple of potatoes, and they’re ready whenever you are!
