Twice-Baked Potatoes

This recipe from my sister-in-law is sooo good.

Twice-Baked Potatoes

Bake 10 potatoes.
Slice lengthwise and scoop out the meat of the potato while hot.
Mash in bowl and then mix with:

1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. dried chives
1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. onion salt
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste.

Put back into potato skins (or we just leave the mixture in the bowl and smooth it out flat).
Sprinkle with Salad Delight Seasoning.
Heat in oven 20 mins. at 350.
